Shipping policy

1.How long will my order take to dispatched?

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless they are custom built or currently out of stock. (Which will be notified to the customer). Please contact us firstly if you are not in Canada.

2.How long will my order take to ship?

For Standard Service, it takes 3~7 working days to arrive after dispatched. All items are shipped Expedited via Canada Post, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.  

3.Can I track my order?

One working day after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4.Can I change my address?

Please contact us (tre4x4bc@gmail.com) before your item has been dispatched.

5.Can I get delivery to countries outside of Canada?

Please contact us (tre4x4bc@gmail.com) to ask for the accurate reply. You will be required to pay an extra shipping cost when shipping to countries outside of Canada.
